This one is a mystery to us. Legitimately made under license by AB Emblem, it was made in the 80's after the King had died. For a film (crew jackets?), simply a commemorative piece? (odd it is so large and says 'in concert') or for a Broadway show? A helliuva nice patch any way you look at it.
